Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SEOScrape. Using the site means you accept them. If anything is unclear, email hello@seoscrape.com before relying on the service.

What we provide

An automated SEO and AI search readiness audit of any public website you submit. Free audits return a summary report. Paid reports add per-page findings, a full issue breakdown, and a downloadable PDF.

What we do not provide

• No guarantee that fixing the issues we surface will improve your Google rank, AI citations, or traffic. Search and AI engines are probabilistic.
• No personalized consulting via the audit. The recommendations are generated from deterministic checks and AI explanation, not from a human reviewing your site.
• No SLA. The audit is provided "as is" — we work hard to keep it fast and accurate, but transient outages and missed checks can happen.

Acceptable use

• Audit sites you own, sites you have permission to audit, or sites that are public and consent to being crawled.
• Do not use the audit to attempt to bypass authentication, circumvent rate limits, or probe systems you are not authorized to access.
• Do not redistribute paid reports beyond your own team or client relationship without buying a separate report per recipient.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer the rules engine to scrape audit logic at scale.

Payment

Paid reports are $9.99 USD, one-time, per audit. Payments are processed by Paddle (merchant of record). Paddle handles billing, tax, and refunds on our behalf.

Refunds

Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Free audits carry no liability. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-loss damages.

Intellectual property

The audit logic, the guides, the rules engine, the UI, and the brand belong to us. The audit report we generate for your URL belongs to you to use, share, and act on. The underlying audit logic does not transfer to you.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate access for any account that violates acceptable use. You can stop using the service at any time. Paid reports already delivered remain accessible per our retention policy in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are surfaced on the site for at least 30 days. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.
